1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and bn33 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms apply to all use of the bn33 website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and any other services we provide (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the bn33 platform, registering an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting market, you unconditionally accept these Terms. Your continued use of the Services after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

bn33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the bn33 platform. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

1.1 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

1.2 Supplementary Policies

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms that may be published on the bn33 platform from time to time. All such policies are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use bn33 you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Services:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.
• You are not accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, consultant, or contractor of bn33, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or acting contrary to any self-exclusion agreement you have entered into with bn33 or any other gambling platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

2.1 Age Verification

bn33 may request documentary proof of age at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a periodic account review. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. We reserve the right to suspend access to your account pending age verification and to void any bets placed during a period of unresolved age verification.

2.2 Player Responsibility

If you are aware of any minor who has accessed the bn33 platform using your account or credentials, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. bn33 strongly recommends that players with children in their household use device-level parental controls and ensure that login credentials are never accessible to minors.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of bn33 Services — including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification).
• Date of birth confirming you are 18 years of age or older.
• A valid, active email address that you own and regularly access.
• A valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.
• Your city or division of residence within Bangladesh (e.g., Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh).
• A secure password of your choosing.

You agree to notify bn33 promptly if any of your registration information changes, particularly your email address or mobile number, so that we can continue to contact you regarding your account.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active bn33 account at any time. You must not register or operate more than one account, whether under your own identity or a false identity. Duplicate accounts identified by bn33 will be suspended and any funds held in excess accounts may be forfeited. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support immediately at [email protected].

3.3 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. bn33 staff will never ask for your password via any communication channel. All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed and deposits made — will be deemed to have been made by you and will be your responsibility, regardless of whether or not you authorised that specific activity.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify us immediately at [email protected]. bn33 reserves the right to temporarily lock your account while an investigation is conducted.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bn33 operates a Know Your Customer process in accordance with standard platform security practices. Before processing a withdrawal request, and at other points determined by our compliance review process, we may require you to provide identity verification documents. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified by our support team may result in your withdrawal being delayed or your account being suspended until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bn33 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We do not accept foreign currency deposits and do not perform currency conversion.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bn33 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Card Payments: Visa, Mastercard (subject to availability).
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank (subject to availability and verification).

The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. Players should check the Cashier section of their bn33 account for the current list of available methods.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount on bn33 is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum deposit; however, bn33 reserves the right to apply transaction limits based on account status, payment method, or compliance requirements. Players may also voluntarily set lower deposit limits using the Responsible Gaming tools available in their account settings.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed by the bn33 finance team during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times vary by payment method but are typically completed within 24–72 hours of the request being submitted, subject to KYC verification being complete.

Withdrawals will only be paid to an account or payment method that belongs to the registered account holder. bn33 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.4 Refused Transactions

bn33 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with criminal activity, or in violation of these Terms. In such cases, we will notify you and may request additional documentation before the transaction is reconsidered.

4.5 Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. bn33 may apply a monthly administration fee of ৳100 to dormant account balances after this period. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and contact support at [email protected].

5. Bonus Terms

bn33 offers various promotional bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and loyalty rewards to registered players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotional terms (e.g., "30x wagering requirement" means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times in total).

5.2 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and free spins that are not used or wagered within the time limit specified in the promotional terms will automatically expire and be removed from your account without replacement. The expiry period will be stated at the time the bonus is credited.

5.3 Game Contributions

Different game types contribute at different rates towards meeting wagering requirements. As a general guide: slots typically contribute 100% of each bet staked; live casino table games, roulette, and blackjack typically contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%). The exact contribution rates for each promotion will be specified in the relevant promotional terms. Bets placed on games that are excluded from a particular promotion will not count towards its wagering requirement.

5.4 Abuse and Fraud Prevention

bn33 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it identifies bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, using staking patterns designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine play intent, or colluding with other players in connection with a promotional offer. Our determination in these matters is final.

5.5 Promotional Changes

bn33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts at the time the change is made, except where required to prevent fraud or abuse.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the bn33 platform — including slots, live casino titles, crash games, and sports betting markets — operate according to rules defined by the relevant game studio or sportsbook provider. It is the player's responsibility to review the rules applicable to each game or market before placing a bet.

6.1 Random Number Generation

All slot and casino table games on bn33 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by the game's studio. bn33 only partners with studios whose RNG software has been independently tested and certified for fairness. The platform does not alter or interfere with game outcomes in any way.

6.2 Live Casino

Live dealer games (including Lightning Baccarat, Speed Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar, and Crazy Time, provided by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi) are streamed in real time from dedicated studio environments. The results of live dealer games are determined by the physical action of the dealer and are not subject to RNG software. bn33 provides the platform through which you access these games; the game rules and conduct are governed by the applicable studio provider.

6.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international cricket fixtures, football, and kabaddi — are offered as pre-match and in-play markets. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. Bets are only accepted once a "Bet Accepted" confirmation is displayed on screen. bn33 reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error.

6.4 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game round or bet, bn33 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state and resolve the outcome fairly. If a game round cannot be completed due to a server error, the bet will typically be refunded to the player's account. Bets that have been fully resolved and settled prior to the technical failure will stand.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bn33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age or are legally prohibited from gambling in your jurisdiction.
• Registering or operating more than one bn33 account.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated means to interact with the platform, games, or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity violation in connection with a bn33 betting market.
• Using bn33 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal or fraudulent purpose.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker formats.
• Engaging in charge-backs or reversals of deposits after funds have been used to place bets.
• Impersonating any other person or entity, including bn33 staff.
• Sharing or selling your account credentials or permitting a third party to use your account.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by bn33

bn33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, where we determine that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• The player's account is associated with money laundering or other financial crimes.
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, reputational, or financial risk to bn33.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited at bn33's discretion.

8.2 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your bn33 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, please ensure that any remaining balance is withdrawn, as bn33 cannot guarantee the return of funds from a closed account after the closure process has been completed. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to exclude yourself from the bn33 platform for responsible gaming reasons, please contact [email protected] and request a self-exclusion. Self-exclusion periods are available for 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. During self-exclusion, your account will be locked and you will not be able to log in, deposit, place bets, or receive promotional communications. 8.4 Inactive Accounts

Please refer to Section 4.5 (Dormant Account Policy) for the terms that apply to accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months.
